Reiki is the life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy.

A person receiving Reiki treatment gets exactly what they need at the time. Reiki works because it connects the universal life force energy with the body's innate powers of healing.
